Job Description
Develop Electrolux Responsible Sourcing Program in Europe and North Africa region.
Key operational responsibilities
- Strategic support to purchasing team regarding CSR/Code of Conduct issues.
- Perform risk assessments, planning and follow up of field activities in Eastern Europe and Northern Africa.
- Conduct code of conduct audits on site at our suppliers in Eastern Europe and Northern Africa.
- Support our suppliers in development activities.
- Manage our European Responsible Sourcing team.
- Report to Director Responsible Sourcing in Stockholm, Sweden.

Henrik Dahlström Wilson – Director Responsible Sourcing
Competencies needed
- Bachelor degree or above from relevant university studies.
- Extensive experience in supply chain management, code of conduct auditing and ethical, social and environmental supplier development in Eastern Europe/North African countries.
- Good knowledge of local legislation (labor rights, health & safety standards, environmental legislation etc.) in Eastern Europe/North African countries.
- Good knowledge of the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Documented leadership experience.
- Very good language and communication skills, English must requirement, Italian and/or other Eastern European language meritorious
- High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
