Job Description
The role
The successful candidate will assist staff members on a number of activities for CSR Europe’s two main member categories:

National Partner Organisations (NPO) |

· Execution of research on various CSR topic for member-requested queries · Participation in assessments (CSR reports), ad-hoc and individual report writing · Update internal documents, website, databases · Researching and writing reports on various topics related to Corporate Social Responsibility and European projects. · Providing administrative support for organizing meetings and conference calls with members and external stakeholders arranging meetings, registration, record & briefing) |
· Research on CSR across Europe: National Action Plans, EU –Policy, Legislative Frameworks and others. · Creation of in -depth member profiles of current NPO members · Review of EU and Non-EU Funding opportunities: Tenders and Call for Proposals research on CSR · Support to the NPO Coordinator with general administrative and organizational tasks |
Skill specification
· Fluency in English (other languages desirable)
· Good understanding of business and the business environment, interest in CSR issues
· Good communication skills (verbal and written) – Provides both verbal and written information in a timely, clear and concise manner. Expresses ideas effectively, adjusting style, tools and mode to the needs of others.
· Strong experience with MS Office suite
· Ability to deal with Multi-disciplinary tasks and capacity to rapidly respond to a variety of diverse tasks

Conditions
1. Interns: applicant must be current enrolled as a student (during the entire duration of the internship) who is required to complete an internship in order to finish their studies
2. Stagiaire: applicant must be a recent graduate without previous work experience and have the legal authorization to work in Belgium (EU national)
