Accountable for developing, driving and overseeing implementation of the Corporation’s sustainability communication activities.   Works directly with business and functional partners to develop a strong set of communication activities, including the annual progress and GRI reports as well as the sustainability pages on DuPont.com

Responsibilities:
  • Overall reporting strategy including Progress & GRI reports
  • Lead for sustainability pages on DuPont.com (Project Phoenix)
  • Lead for completing investor surveys- SAM, CDP, WDP, etc.
  • Develop strategy and implement plan for improving information available to employees on the intranet site
  • Work with country representatives to develop strategy and support for country level reports
  • Work with PS network and N&H business to develop strategy and process for completing increasing number of customer surveys related to sustainability.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree, Marketing, English, Journalism perferred
Skill/Requirements:
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
Results oriented and able to drive initiatives to implementation
Understands sustainability expectations and is able to balance the need for financial goals with the increasing external expectations.
Ability to understand business needs and work proactively to develop solutions that are aligned with their needs
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the demonstrated ability to influence, promote and excel within teams.
Ability to work and collaborate outside of formal line-reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
