Job Description

Panasonic is looking for interns as soon as possible, who want to support Panasonic activity full time for 6 months.
Tasks:
- Support local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), working committee in Wiesbaden to enable local CSR activities, e.g. organize events, meetings and promote CSR intranet;
- Support European Eco and CSR related activities through updating homepage and intranet, helping to manage and maintain stakeholder relations and preparing exhibitions;
- Support procurement working group with administration, e.g. maintain and update intranet, collect data, organize video conferences, conference calls and meetings;
- Support European ‘Green Factory’ task force with administration, e.g. organize trainings, collect data and distribute information.
Qualifications:
- Student of Environment, Geography, Sustainability or Communication Studies;
- First working experience, ideally in a similar role;
- Very good communication and coordination skills;
- Strong organisational as well as time management skills;
- Fluent in English and German, both written and oral;
- High level of reliability and personal responsibility;
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously as a member of a team as well as independently.
