Maplecroft has a fantastic opportunity for experienced (3-yrs plus), pro-active, numerate and diligent Sales Executives / Business Analysts to join the team to manage its growing international client base.
First class administrative skills are a must, as is the ability to communicate complex product information with prospective and existing clients. Candidates will be expected to manage time effectively and work under pressure. You must also have a friendly, positive, “Can do” attitude.
Applicants should be highly literate, with advanced IT skills, demonstrable proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite and be familiar with CRM systems.
Your responsibilities include:
Administering all aspects of the sales process:
- Providing point of contact for the Sales Executives and their clients – responsible for all queries.
- Managing and maintain CRM system
- Monitoring existing customer relationships and the opportunity pipeline
- Produce reports on sales data for the Sales team and their clients
- Working to generate and convert new business
Key requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of written and verbal communication – this is a client facing position
- Strong eye for detail
- Outstanding proficiency in the use of CRM systems and MS Office
- Previous evidence of sales administration experience
- A keen interest in business and achieving results!!
This role is based in Maplecroft’s Bath offices.
