The CFP is a win-win programme,in which the Fellows will have direct experience in development consulting and exposure to the variety of technical development projects Practical Action carries out. At the same time,PAC will enrich its work with the knowledge and past experience Fellows will provide.
Direct development consulting in PAC LA allows the Fellows to complement their development studies and experience with opportunities, such as proposal writing, research, creation and development of national and regional networks in the energy sector, and the production of knowledge materials.
PAC LA currently manages a variety of projects, each of which are in different phases of development and execution. Therefore, the specific assignments Fellows will be involved in will vary throughout the year and might change from the time the Fellow is accepted to the time the Fellow arrives in Lima.
