About the CSR 2.0 Self-Assessment Diagnostic
CSR International, in collaboration with Hexagon, have developed a CSR 2.0 Self Assessment Tool. The Diagnostic is based on the work of Dr Wayne Visser, as described in his book, The Age of Responsibility: CSR 2.0 and the New DNA of Business. Completion of the 70 question Self Assessment evaluates organisations against:
5 Stages of CSR (Defensive, Charitable, Promotional, Strategic & Transformative)
4 DNA Elements of CSR 2.0 (Value Creation, Good Governance, Societal Contribution & Environmental Integrity)
5 Principles of CSR 2.0 (Creativity, Scalability, Responsiveness, Glocality, Circularity)
Becoming a Licensed CSR 2.0 Assessor & Advisor
Upon completion of the CSR 2.0 Licensee training, participants are entitled to enter into a contractual relationship with CSR International to:
Facilitate workshops which guide client organisations and/or their stakeholders through completion of the CSR 2.0 Self Assessment Tool Present clients with feedback reports, which include their individual scores compared with relevant averages for the global database. Market themselves as a “CSR 2.0 Assessor and Advisor”.
As part of the license, CSR International receives a royalty fee on any Self Assessment workshops completed using the Diagnostic Tool. Further details, terms and conditions are explained as part of the training.

About the presenter, Dr Wayne Visser
Wayne Visser is Founder and Director of the think-tank CSR International and author of 12 books, including nine on the role of business in society, such as The Age of Responsibility: CSR 2.0 and the New DNA of Business, The A to Z of Corporate Social Responsibility and The World Guide to CSR.
In addition, Wayne is Senior Associate at the University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, Visiting Professor of Sustainability at Magna Carta College, Oxford, and Adjunct Professor of CSR at La Trobe Graduate School of Management, Australia.
Before getting his PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility (Nottingham University, UK), Wayne was Director of Sustainability Services for KPMG and Strategy Analyst for Cap Gemini in South Africa.
